SocialMedia2Traffic: Derivation of traffic information from social media data

Introduction

Using "Geo-Tagged" Social Media / Human generated data as a proxy (primary) to generate Time Dependent Global Traffic Map (a RESTful service). Thus, the time dependent global traffic map will change based on the given time-bin (eg. Monday 19:00-21:00).
